Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable drug that is used to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. It works by mimicking the effects of two natural hormones, GLP-1 and GIP, which help to regulate blood sugar levels and promote weight loss.
Tirzepatide works for weight loss by targeting the hormones involved in hunger and satiety. It reduces food intake by prompting feelings of fullness after eating, and it slows the movement of food through the stomach.

Semaglutide is available at Sempre Day & Medical Spa as a subcutaneous injection. The semaglutide injections are administered once weekly. The FDA has approved weekly semaglutide injections for chronic weight management in obese or overweight adults with at least one weight-related condition. Dr. Kollinger is a Black Diamond Allergan Injector and residency trained General/cosmetic Surgeon having practiced surgery for over 20 years here in Atlanta. For the last 14 years he has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine by being the Chief Medical Officer at Spa Sydell previously and now is a Medical Director for some of the most well-known Med Spas in the Atlanta area.
