She’s very gentle, and genuinely about providing the best experience. As I was checking out, Katie, the owner, was at the front desk and was just as warm and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and authentic. The people here are just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. If you’re looking for a spa, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered and where you’ll feel completely cared for from start to finish, this is it. Came in for a body massage with Joyce. It was AMAZING. I fell asleep and was 100% relaxed. She had good pressure and always asked if you want to adjust it. Her scalp massages were to die for. I was not happy with my massage on December 20 with a new therapist by default. I made it clear that I was not satisfied with the service. I go in today, January 17, for my massage with my regular therapist. I arrived to discover that I had been scheduled or switched to the therapist I did not like. I live in Brookhaven and drove to Johns Creek, and all they said was 'sorry.' Well, I heard that last month as well, when I was inconvenienced. My takeaway is “you get what you pay for”. Lesson learned, message received. I canceled my membership. Update to post for the people. There was no call from the owner and no one had an explanation of why my appointment was rescheduled to a different massage therapist.
